Data Deletion Instructions

Hyflint ("we," "our," or "us") respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of the personal information we hold about you, including any data we may have collected through Facebook Login, Google, or other third-party integrations.

1. What Data This Covers

A deletion request covers the personal information associated with your account or communications, which may include:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and company details
• Profile information received from Facebook, Google, or other login providers (such as your name, email address, and profile picture)
• Messages, form submissions, and project inquiries you have sent us
• Usage and analytics data linked to your identity

2. How to Request Deletion

To request that we delete your personal data, please email us at hello@hyflint.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:

• The name and email address associated with your data
• If applicable, the third-party service you used to connect with us (e.g., Facebook or Google)
• A brief description of the data you would like removed

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request, in order to protect your account and prevent unauthorized deletions.

3. Removing Facebook Login Access

If you connected to us using Facebook Login, you can also remove our app's access to your Facebook data at any time:

• Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy → Settings.
• Select Apps and Websites.
• Locate Hyflint in the list of connected apps.
• Click Remove to revoke access and delete the associated data.

Removing the app from Facebook stops future data sharing. To delete data we have already stored, please also send us a deletion request as described above.

4. Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by applicable law. Once your data has been deleted, we will confirm completion by email.

5. Exceptions

We may need to retain certain information where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or maintain records of financial transactions. Where retention is required, we will delete or anonymize the remaining data as soon as it is no longer needed.
