What they needed.

Manual processes across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and their own warehouse system. Every order required data entry in 3 different places. Customer support was copy-pasting the same responses to 70% of emails.

Our approach

What we built.

Built a self-hosted n8n automation system with 8 connected workflows: order sync across all 4 platforms, inventory updates, automated customer responses using a fine-tuned AI model, and a daily Slack digest summarizing everything. The AI agent handles tier-1 support with human escalation for complex issues.
