The founder had been burned by an offshore agency that spent 4 months and $60K building a half-working prototype. They came to us with 8 weeks until their investor demo and needed a product that could handle real transactions.

What we built.
We stripped the scope to 5 core features, built with Next.js + Supabase + Stripe Connect, and shipped weekly demos. The founder had direct Slack access to both developers. No PMs, no ticket systems. By week 6, the product was live. By week 8, it was processing real payments.
