The founder had been quoted $150K+ by two agencies for a 6-month build. They had $80K in seed funding and needed to be generating revenue within 4 months or the company would die.
Our approach
What we built.
Scoped a focused v1 with only the features that mattered for the first 100 customers. Built with Next.js + Supabase + Stripe for subscriptions. Multi-tenant architecture from day one so it would scale. Launched in 12 weeks at $45K — half the next-cheapest quote.
